EFMD Online Workshop for Deans
The many responsibilities that come with the role of a dean can sometimes leave you feeling alone with your challenges. The Online Workshops for Deans are made for you as a support to find solutions to questions and problems you might encounter during your deanship.
As a dean of your institution, we have organised three workshops especially for you on 14, 21 & 28 October.
The Online Workshops for Deans will help you find solutions and inspiration to specific and central themes that you may encounter in your role as dean.
We will discuss and share experience on the following topics:
- Thursday 14 October: Diversity & inclusion: How have institutions decided to take concrete actions, and what are they?
- Thursday 21 October: Risk management: How do you establish a risk culture in your institution and make it more resilient?
- Thursday 28 October: Advisory boards: How do you engage with your board to make the best use of it?
Join us to exchange your experience with peers and speakers and get tips to apply in your own institution.
