RISEBA University of Business, Arts and Technology

RISEBA University of Business, Arts and Technology was founded in 1992 as the Riga International School of Economics and Business Administration, one of the first private higher education institutions in Latvia.

With close to 3,000 students it is among the largest higher education institutions in the country. It offers programmes in business, management, communication, architecture and the arts, many of them in English.
