Adizes Graduate School

Adizes Graduate School is an international education centre based in California that teaches, trains and certifies leaders of organisational change in the Adizes methodology. It is approved by the State of California to award master’s and doctoral degrees in the study of change leadership and in organisational therapy.

The school works in very small groups in which students learn from one another and the professor guides through questions. It cooperates with universities and business schools around the world on joint programmes, faculty development and research on managing change.
